Intellectual Property & DMCA

Last updated: 07/21/2026

Art Diamond Paintings respects intellectual property rights and expects our customers to do the same. This policy explains how we handle copyright, custom photo submissions, and takedown requests.

Our content

The site’s design, text, logos and original graphics are owned by or licensed to Art Diamond Paintings. Product artwork remains the property of its respective rights holders. You may not reproduce our content without written permission.

Custom photo submissions — your responsibility

When you upload a photo for a custom diamond painting, you confirm that you own the image or have the legal right to use it, and you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to create your artwork and proof. We may decline any submission that appears to infringe a third party’s copyright, trademark, or other rights, or that depicts unlawful content.

Reporting infringement (DMCA notice)

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] including:

  1. Your contact details and physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  3. The URL(s) or description of the material you want removed.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Our response

On receiving a valid notice, we will promptly review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify any affected party. Repeat infringers may be barred from using the site.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details, identification of the material and its location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake.
