These Terms govern your use of artdiamondpaintings.com and any purchase you make. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Ordering & pricing

Prices are shown in USD or GBP and may change without notice. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout — we do not offer or imply “free shipping.” We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues) and will refund you if we do.

Shipping & delivery

We ship from our studio worldwide with tracking. Delivery windows shown on our Shipping page are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers and customs. Any customs/import duties are your responsibility where they apply.

Custom-from-photo orders

Custom pieces are made to order from images you provide. You confirm you own or have permission to use each image (see IP & DMCA). We provide a free proof and revisions; once you approve a proof and we craft the item, it cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind. Faulty or damaged custom items are remade or replaced.

Returns & guarantees

Our Returns & Refunds policy — including the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, lifetime replacement drills, and transit damage/loss replacement — forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All site content (text, design, graphics, logos) is owned by or licensed to Art Diamond Paintings and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product artwork remains the property of its respective rights holders.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, submit unlawful or infringing content, or attempt to disrupt its operation. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
