Honesty is our whole model
Here’s something the industry doesn’t like to admit: most diamond-painting kits — including many sold under a confident “US-based” banner — are made and shipped from overseas, and take one to three weeks to arrive. There’s nothing wrong with that. What’s wrong is pretending otherwise, then leaving customers anxious and surprised when tracking crawls.
We do the opposite. Our kits are made to order and shipped directly from our production partner in China. We make that clear from the start and show your estimated tracked delivery window before you buy—typically US 8–18 and UK 7–14 business days, with delivery estimates for every region. We don’t advertise “free shipping” and quietly build the cost into inflated prices; your shipping cost is shown honestly at checkout. When a brand is upfront about the small things, you can trust it with the big ones.
What “curated” actually means
A curator says no. For every design we list, we’ve passed over dozens that were muddy, badly cropped, or just more of the same. We look for pieces with genuine character — an animal with life in its eyes, a landscape with real depth, florals with colour that sings — and we check that the drill palette does them justice. The result is a smaller, better gallery you can browse without wading through noise.
